通过使用不同的发气材料来改善加气混凝土试样的孔隙特征,并基于MATLAB平台,对试样截面进行图像处理,分别对其孔隙特征进行了表征;测试了试样冻融后的质量损失率和抗压强度损失率,以分析孔隙特征对加气混凝土力学性能和抗冻性能的影响.结果表明:利用MATLAB平台对加气混凝土试样的截面照片进行数据采集并分析,可实现对加气混凝土宏观孔和细观孔的信息提取与表征;以铝粉加上引气剂作为发气材料的试样,能够达到墙体材料冻融循环试验的测试标准;试样中的连通孔越多,平均孔径越大,则水化产物搭接的结构就越疏松,试样的吸水率越大,经过15次冻融循环后试样的质量损失率和抗压强度损失率也越大.
